Clear Information About Your Information.
This notice explains what RSOL Technology collects through this website, why we use it, and how you can ask about your information.
Information We Collect
The discovery form asks for your name, organization, and email address. You may also provide a phone number and a message.
The project questionnaire asks for your name, organization, email address, required capabilities, and project context. Industry, locations, investment range, timeline, and decision stage are optional.
Hostinger may record technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device details, request time, and server activity.
How RSOL Uses Your Information
RSOL uses inquiry details to respond, understand your business or project, recommend a next step, prepare a proposal when requested, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse.
RSOL will ask for fresh consent before using your information for an unrelated purpose.
Consent and Your Choices
Submitting a form gives RSOL permission to use the information for that inquiry. Optional fields can be left blank. You can contact RSOL by email or phone instead of using a form.
You may withdraw consent for future use, subject to legal or contractual limits. Withdrawal does not change work that RSOL completed while your consent was valid.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hostinger hosts the website. Google Workspace delivers and stores inquiry email. These providers process information for RSOL under their own security and privacy terms, and they may process information in other jurisdictions where local laws apply.
RSOL may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect legal rights or security, or during a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. RSOL does not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and Security
RSOL keeps inquiry messages while they support the conversation, project relationship, business records, or legal requirements. RSOL deletes or de-identifies information when those purposes no longer require it.
If a form cannot send, the website can hold the sanitized field values for up to ten minutes so you can correct or retry the submission. The website removes that recovery copy after it is used.
RSOL uses access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, updates, monitoring, and backups to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Website Services and External Content
At launch, RSOL does not use public traffic analytics or advertising trackers on this website. RSOL will update this notice and add consent controls when a future tool requires them.
Portfolio previews can connect your browser to Noor Electric or BCMTECH. Those websites receive normal connection details and follow their own privacy practices. External links take you to services that RSOL does not control.
Access, Correction, and Complaints
You can ask what personal information RSOL holds about you, request a correction, or ask RSOL to delete information that no longer needs to be kept. RSOL may ask for information that confirms your identity before completing a request.
Send privacy questions, requests, or complaints to the RSOL Privacy Officer using the contact details below. RSOL will review the request and explain any legal limit that affects the response.
Policy Updates
RSOL will revise this page when website tools or information-handling practices change. The date at the top shows the current version. RSOL will provide added notice when a material change requires new consent.
