Business

Samway Grill is an independent Indian restaurant on Saskatoon’s 8th Street East. Its website, Google Business Profile, and social channels help diners explore the menu, place an order, confirm the location, and see the restaurant before visiting.

Challenge

Samway needed a more considered social presence that could present the people, technique, and atmosphere behind the menu to local diners.

Audience Focus

RSOL shaped the content around the proof diners value before choosing a restaurant: the team, preparation, finished dishes, dining room, and a clear path to visit or order.

Campaign Approach

Across a two-to-three-month engagement, RSOL managed an organic publishing plan built around the team, culinary process, restaurant setting, and finished dishes. The work paired consistent social content with an in-store Google review touchpoint.

Channel Coordination

RSOL directed and completed three on-site photography sessions with Samway’s team. The resulting image library captured service, preparation, plated dishes, and the dining environment in a consistent visual style.

Website Role

Samway retained control of its website and Google Business Profile. RSOL worked within that existing ecosystem, using social content to lead customers toward the restaurant’s menu, ordering, location, and public business information.

Local Discovery

RSOL supplied an in-store tap-and-scan Google review pad linked directly to Samway’s public review form. By reducing the steps required to leave feedback, the pad was designed to support a steadier volume of genuine customer reviews over time.

Public Presence

Samway received an original restaurant image library, a structured social publishing cadence, and a permanent in-store route to its Google review form. The engagement strengthened the quality and consistency of the restaurant’s public presentation while making review participation easier. Results are presented as delivered work; no unverified growth figure is attributed to the engagement.

Shared Workflow

A focused production schedule gave Samway a deeper content reserve. The Google review pad extended that work into the dining room by giving guests a direct post-visit feedback path.
